Brought my d155 tractor here for fixing. 18 hours on it and was told the internal engine governor had gone bad. I said it should be covered by warranty. The owner bill Campbell told me there was no way my machine only had 18 hours on it and he'd been doing this for 30 years. I replied I don't care do you think I messed with the hour meter. He hung up on me. I called back and he proceeded to tell me he'd never seen a machines blades look the way my machines blades did after only 18 hours. I told him to check reasons I gave for dropping machine off. I wanted new blades and oil change because I had been mulching with it. He told me he wasn't goin g to fix my machine and I should pick it up. I told him put it back together and I'll bedown tomorrow to get it. He then told me he wouldn't put it back together either. He doesn't want to do the warranty work. When he gave me a price of 585$ to fix it there was no problem. As soon as I said the internal engine governor is still under warrant he became aggressive. I will give an update after I pick up the machine but, the owner himself is disrespectful and lazy. Never go here. They're only worried about making money nippy doing anything to help the customer like warranty work. What a joke.

From walking in the door to leaving with my new Bobcat zero turn, the employees at Campbells were great. took the time to talk about the machine and made the buying process easy. they earned a repeat customer for all my future purchases. Thanks guys.

My first thought about a retailer and service company like Campbell's is that for any company to last this long in Sussex County has got to be doing something right. I hope that's the experience of others also. I have always been pleased with the service and product from Campbell's, and today was no exception. Thanks, Rich, for your help with my purchase.
